We visit your property to assess the scope of the project based on the surface area, your specific needs, and the coating you select. If you’re undecided, we can guide you toward the solution that best suits your situation. The estimate is all-inclusive and covers all project costs, with no exceptions. This means there are no extras, no surprises, and that’s what sets us apart from our competitors.
Absolutely. Our reputation is built on the trust we have established with our clients.
We schedule the work on a mutually agreed-upon date with our clients, and we always honor that date. For us, respecting our clients and meeting deadlines is a very important value.
Yes. If there are cracks or crevices, we fill them with polymer gel. We then sand the surface using a dust-extracting orbital sander to prepare the concrete for the coating and ensure perfect adhesion. The sanding process produces no dust, and this work is included in our price, at no extra cost.
We first apply a very fluid primer that penetrates deep into the concrete. We then spread vinyl flakes across the entire surface. Once they have adhered to the primer, we scrape the surface and collect the excess. Finally, we apply the transparent topcoat of the selected product.
These flakes serve two important purposes: they add durability to the coating and create an optical illusion of spaciousness while concealing dust and scratches.
It all depends on the size of the surface. For a medium-sized area, such as a garage, the entire process takes approximately half a day, and foot traffic can resume 3 to 5 hours after the work is completed for elastomeric membranes, and 12 to 18 hours after the work is completed in the case of epoxy.
No. The preparation, application process, and drying time are relatively the same. However, weather conditions must be favorable, meaning it must not be raining or too windy.
Elastomeric membranes have elastic properties that make them flexible, making them more resistant and durable than epoxy. They also dry more quickly. Unlike elastomeric membranes, epoxy does not withstand UV rays well and can yellow over time; however, its price is lower.
You can choose from more than 1,000 colors, and you can even create a custom color. Available finishes include granite, orange peel, and non-slip finishes with aluminum oxide.
For elastomeric membranes (polyurea-flex, polyurethanes, polyepoxides), we offer a 20-year adhesion warranty for indoor surfaces and a 10-year adhesion warranty for outdoor surfaces, as well as a lifetime warranty against discoloration. For epoxy coatings, on residential surfaces, whether indoors or outdoors, we offer a 5-year adhesion warranty and a 1-year warranty against discoloration. For commercial surfaces, the adhesion warranty is 2 years and the warranty against discoloration is 1 year.
Always. And we offer the best warranties on the market at present.
Clean it regularly with water and a mild soap (biodegradable Hertel is recommended). You can use a garden hose, sprayer, mop, or rubber squeegee, as you prefer.
Because our products are not diluted with solvents and contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), unlike some of our competitors’ products, only a slight odor may be noticeable, and it disappears after approximately 2 hours. The products we use are 100% pure.
Not at all. The products we use are completely harmless and pose no risk to your health.
None. All of our products comply with LEED certification standards.
